Starters to share: chargrilled baby gem lettuce with crispy chicken & Caesar dressing, roasted aubergine & broccolini, and cauliflower with sesame, lemon, and hummus.
Main course (guest’s choice): sea bass fillet with roasted potatoes & vegetables or Iberian pork (vegetarian options available).

The Luminary Exchange is a private, guided experience designed for reflection, connection, and expansion.
Hosted quarterly within the Legacy Leader Collective, it offers space to pause, realign, and create from a place of clarity and calm.
Each session explores a new Wellness 360™ theme — November’s focus is Rest 360, helping you restore your energy before stepping into what’s next.

This experience is designed for visionary women leaders, executives, entrepreneurs, and changemakers who value success with balance, and are ready to reconnect with their purpose, expand their vision, and focus on their wellbeing before planning the year ahead.
Whether you’re a member, partner, or first-time guest, you’ll find tools, connection, and inspiration to support your next evolution.
What can I expect during the session?
Over two restorative hours, you’ll be guided through:
*A Wellness 360™ Life Audit to reflect on where you are now.
* Manifestation Mapping a creative process to design your 2026 vision through journaling and visualization.
* Time for reflection, connection, and grounding so you leave feeling recharged and clear.
Expect a supportive, camera-on experience with guided facilitation, calm music, and moments of quiet reflection.
Do I need to have attended before?
Not at all. Every Luminary Exchange is designed as a stand-alone experience, whether this is your first time joining or you’ve attended before, you’ll find new insight and inspiration each time.
Is the session recorded?
Yes, the session will be recorded for internal quality and replay purposes.
Replays are shared exclusively with Members and Partners of the Legacy Leader Collective.

What should I bring?
A journal, pen, and a quiet space where you can relax and reflect.
We also recommend a cup of tea or water, comfortable clothing, and an open heart.
Do I need to have my camera on?
Yes, we encourage a camera-on culture to maintain the sense of connection, intimacy, and shared energy that makes these experiences so special. However, if you have accessibility or privacy needs, please reach out to us in advance.
Will there be breaks?
This is a two-hour immersive experience, intentionally designed as a single flow of reflection and creation.
You’re welcome to take a short personal pause as needed, but the experience itself moves fluidly from one section to the next.
How do I access the Zoom link?
If you’re a Member or Partner, you’ll receive the replay after the event.
If you’re a Guest, the replay is not included, but you’ll have the option to upgrade to membership for full access to all replays and upcoming events.
How can I stay connected after the session?
You’ll receive a post-event reflection email and access to our feedback form.

1. Event Overview
The Envision 2026 – Virtual Luminary Exchange (“Event”) is a guided virtual experience hosted via Zoom. It is designed to support reflection, renewal, and goal-setting using the Wellness 360™ framework and the Manifestation Mapping process.
By registering, attending, or participating, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
2. Registration & Access
Registration is required to attend the Event.
Members/Partners will receive an email confirmation containing the Zoom link and access details, upon registration
Non-Members will receive an email confirmation containing the Zoom link once the event has been purchased.
The Zoom link is for your personal use only and must not be shared, published, or distributed.
Attendance is open to Members, Partners, and Non-Members of the Legacy Leader Collective.
LUXE Club Retreats reserves the right to decline or cancel registrations to maintain the integrity and energy of the Event.
3. Pricing & Payments
Members & Partners of the Legacy Leader Collective attend free of charge using designated coupon codes.
Non-Members may register for £27.
Payment is processed securely through Solo Link or an authorized payment gateway.
All fees are in GBP and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Once processed, payments are non-refundable due to the digital nature and limited-access experience.
If you are unable to attend, you may request that your registration be transferred to another approved guest.
4. Cancellations & Changes
LUXE Club Retreats reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel the Event in case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, technical failure, or low attendance).
In such cases, all registered participants will be notified promptly and provided with an alternative date or full refund if applicable.
LUXE Club Retreats shall not be held responsible for technical issues on the participant’s end (e.g., internet connectivity or device problems).
5. Confidentiality & Privacy
This is a private and confidential experience.
Participants agree to:
Respect the confidentiality of all personal or professional information shared during the Event.
Refrain from recording, reproducing, or sharing any content, conversations, or participant details outside the Event.
Treat all attendees with kindness, professionalism, and respect.
All participant information is handled in accordance with the LUXE Club Retreats Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws (including GDPR).
6. Media & Recording Consent
The Event may be recorded for internal quality review, participant replay (Members & Partners only), and promotional purposes.
By attending, you acknowledge that portions of the Event (including video, audio, or chat contributions) may appear in recordings.
If you prefer not to appear on camera or in recorded content, please email [email protected] prior to the Event.
Screenshots, photography, and excerpts may be used in future marketing materials by LUXE Club Retreats and the Legacy Leader Collective, with discretion and professionalism.
7. Participant Conduct
Participants are expected to:
Join 5 minutes prior to start time and remain present throughout the session.
Keep cameras on whenever possible to maintain a sense of community and connection.
Refrain from disruptive behavior, self-promotion, or solicitation during the Event.
Uphold the values of respect, confidentiality, and positive contribution throughout.
LUXE Club Retreats reserves the right to remove any participant whose conduct is deemed inappropriate or disruptive, without refund.
8. Technology Requirements
The Event will take place via Zoom. Please ensure that your software and internet connection are up to date prior to joining.
Participants are responsible for their own technical setup, audio, and camera quality.
LUXE Club Retreats will not be held liable for missed content due to technical issues outside its control.
9. Intellectual Property
All Event materials, including the Wellness 360™ framework, Manifestation Mapping templates, presentations, recordings, and supporting documents are the intellectual property of LUXE Club Retreats and/or its partners.
You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or share any materials (in whole or in part) without written consent.
10. Liability Waiver
By participating, you acknowledge that:
You are responsible for your own wellbeing and decisions during and after the Event.
The Event is not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.
LUXE Club Retreats, its partners, and facilitators shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damages (direct or indirect) arising from your participation.
11. Data & Communications Consent
By registering, you consent to receive essential communications related to your participation (e.g., confirmations, reminders, access details).
Optional marketing and event updates may also be sent, which you can opt out of at any time.

12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
