Will there be breaks?
This is a two-hour immersive experience, intentionally designed as a single flow of reflection and creation.

This virtual Luminary Exchange (“Event”) is a guided virtual experience hosted via Zoom.
By registering, attending, or participating, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
2. Registration & Access
Registration and investment are required to attend the Event.
Members/Partners will receive a Coupon Code to register with their preferred pricing and an email confirmation containing the Zoom link and access details, upon registration
Non-Members will receive an email confirmation containing the Zoom link once the event has been purchased.
The Zoom link is for your personal use only and must not be shared, published, or distributed.
Attendance is open to Members, Partners, and Non-Members of the Legacy Leader Collective.
LUXE Club Retreats reserves the right to decline or cancel registrations to maintain the integrity and energy of the Event.
3. Pricing & Payments
Non-Member Rate: £97 (introductory rate)
Member Rate: £47
Partner Rate: £37
Payment is processed securely through Solo Link or an authorized payment gateway.
All fees are in GBP and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Once processed, payments are non-refundable due to the digital nature and limited-access experience.
If you are unable to attend, you may request that your registration be transferred to another approved guest.
4. Cancellations & Changes
LUXE Club Retreats reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel the Event in case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, technical failure, or low attendance).
In such cases, all registered participants will be notified promptly and provided with an alternative date or full refund if applicable.
LUXE Club Retreats shall not be held responsible for technical issues on the participant’s end (e.g., internet connectivity or device problems).
5. Confidentiality & Privacy
This is a private and confidential experience.
Participants agree to:
Respect the confidentiality of all personal or professional information shared during the Event.
Refrain from recording, reproducing, or sharing any content, conversations, or participant details outside the Event.
Treat all attendees with kindness, professionalism, and respect.
All participant information is handled in accordance with the LUXE Club Retreats Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws (including GDPR).
6. Media & Recording Consent
The Event may be recorded for internal quality review, participant replay (Members & Partners only), and promotional purposes.
By attending, you acknowledge that portions of the Event (including video, audio, or chat contributions) may appear in recordings.

Screenshots, photography, and excerpts may be used in future marketing materials by LUXE Club Retreats and the Legacy Leader Collective, with discretion and professionalism.

Participants are expected to:
Join 5 minutes prior to start time and remain present throughout the session.
Keep cameras on whenever possible to maintain a sense of community and connection.
Refrain from disruptive behaviour, self-promotion, or solicitation during the Event.
Uphold the values of respect, confidentiality, and positive contribution throughout.
LUXE Club Retreats reserves the right to remove any participant whose conduct is deemed inappropriate or disruptive, without refund.
8. Technology Requirements
The Event will take place via Zoom. Please ensure that your software and internet connection are up to date prior to joining.
Participants are responsible for their own technical setup, audio, and camera quality.
LUXE Club Retreats will not be held liable for missed content due to technical issues outside its control.
9. Intellectual Property
All Event materials, including templates, presentations, recordings, and supporting documents, are the intellectual property of Carie Bailey.
You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or share any materials (in whole or in part) without written consent.
10. Liability Waiver
By participating, you acknowledge that:
You are responsible for your own well-being and decisions during and after the Event.
The Event is not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.
LUXE Club Retreats, its partners, and facilitators shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damages (direct or indirect) arising from your participation.
